If I have kids, I’m going to make sure that they know that making it out the front door every day is an accomplishment; and if there are days when they cannot make it out of the house, they’re going to know that that’s okay too. Because it’s not a given, and leaving the house means facing the entire world in all it’s harsh light and sharp edges, and that’s an amazing feat.

It’s times like these that I realize I probably should’ve gone to bed two hours ago.

Today I’ve:

• Watched a movie in theatres
• Watched two movies on Netflix
• Cleaned part of my room (including my closet. I should’ve done a before/after shot. It was a big job)
• Ate a bit too much popcorn and probably double my daily recommended amount of saturated fat

All in all a productive day.

You think I’m kidding, but that’s pretty productive for me. I cleaned my room for heaven’s sakes. That’s huge for me.

I changed my little side picture thing and I keep thinking I’m someone else when I see my own posts on my dash. Ridiculous.

I’m putting off watching Doctor Who and Sherlock because, from the stuff I’ve seen on Tumblr, I can tell I’m going to like both of these shows a little bit too much, and I have got my hands full juggling my current fandoms right now…also, school and shit. 

Really all I want out of life is my own musical number.

Fun fact: I use non-multiples-of-10 numbers in making-up-percentages-scenarios because I feel smarter that way, since I can do that math.

Fun fact 2: about 65% of the time I have to use a calculator to figure out the remaining percent. The other 35% of the time, I am extremely lucky.

I’m sick enough that I have the husky sexy voice thing going on, but not sick enough that I want to die.

Makes me want to record a song right now.

Remember that one episode of friends when Phoebe got sick and had a sexy voice and then got better but got sick again on purpose so she’s have that voice again? Yeah.
